Town Center at Palm Coast Community Development District (the “District”) is located in Palm Coast, Florida.  The District is a local unit of special-purpose government established on December 22, 2003 by Rule 42JJ-1 of the Florida Land and Water Adjudicatory Commission, in accordance with theUniform Community Development District Act of 1980, Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, as amended, as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating, and maintaining community-wide improvements in this planned community.

A Community Development District (CDD) provides the "solution" to Florida’s need to provide valuable community infrastructure generated by growth, ultimately without overburdening other governments and their taxpaying residents.  CDDs represent a major advancement in Florida’s effort to manage its growth effectively and efficiently.  This allows a community to establish higher construction standards, meanwhile providing a long-term solution to the operation and maintenance of the community’s facilities.

The Town Center at Palm Coast CDD operates within the ethics provisions as outlined by the
Florida Commission on Ethics.
